Access, correct, or delete your data
Tell us whether you need account access, a correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or another privacy answer. Use the account email whenever possible.
Start a request
Email the request type and a short description from the address connected to the account. Never send a password, sign-in code, magic link, recovery key, payment-card details, or a copy of government identification in ordinary email.

We will verify account control and prepare the requester’s own account data without exposing another group member’s private passes, authentication secrets, abuse signals, or invitation-token digests. A secure export workflow is being completed before unrestricted public launch.
Correction
Include the field or activity listing that is wrong and the accurate replacement or source. Account corrections require account control; activity corrections are reviewed against an official or reliable current source.
Deletion
Authenticated users should use the tested in-app deletion control. If access is unavailable, follow the public deletion procedure.
Consent and notifications
Marketing is not active in the verified app. If it is introduced, marketing consent and unsubscribe will remain separate from required account and security messages. Notification controls will be documented here before push notifications are enabled.
Draft process notice
This request process is an engineering draft requiring owner approval and qualified Canadian legal review before unrestricted public launch. We will update the effective process and response commitments after that review.
